A searchable database can be accessed through the US DOE Combined Heat and Power program website

As is normal prior to entering into any contract or conducting significant business with any company or organization, it is recommended that a prudent investigation of that company or organization be made.

EPA also keeps a database of funding opportunities, listed by qualifying region. Project developers should contact MAAC or those agencies to determine whether their projects qualify for assistance.
